I have a 2006 x5, which began having trouble when the self leveling module went out. After it had been to 3 different shops, totaling over 2 months of unsuccessful diagnosis and repair attempts, I took the car to Babbitt. The staff is great! After talking to Eric and handing over the keys, my car was diagnosed and repaired just like that! During which time, Eric made sure to stay in contact with me to keep me informed of the progress. After visiting the shop, my BMW is happy, healthy and running stronger than ever! I will never bring my car to anyone else in the valley.I recommend this top quality shop to all who have maintenance needs for their imports. Professional, fast and curteous. Thank you so much guys!

I just got my BMW car window fixed here. The staff is friendly, and the prices honestly surprised me! I thought a specialty shot like this would charge an arm and a leg but the cost of repair was very reasonable. I am usually very distrustful of repair shops but I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I have been going to Babbitt for a few years now with my BMW and they are amazing! They are very fairly priced, honest and trustworthy - you can't say that for dealerships. I have taken my car to the Tempe location and now since I have moved take my car to the Scottsdale Rd location and couldn't be happier with the work and service they provide. I would recommend these guys to anyone who owns a BMW!

While on vacation in the Phoenix area, my BMW wouldn't start. After researching online, I had my car towed to Babbitt due to the strong reviews, as well as a recommendation from my mechanic back in Orange County. I was not disappointed in my decision.Working with Eric was a very positive experience. The problem with why it wouldn't start was not easily detectable. They had my car a total of 5 days and I was kept informed on the progress and research daily. Through trial and error, it was determined the cam adjustment motor sensor was faulty. I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of the Babbitt crew and was not charged for any unnecessary parts that were used during the process while attempting to find the problem.I hope to never have issues again when I travel thru the Phoenix area, but if I do, I know where I'll be taking my BMW. I have been going to Babbitt Motor Werks for 5 years now for my 2004 Mini Cooper and I would never go to anybody else. It is really hard to find a good mechanic who is also honest. I would not take my car to anybody else! Eric is always very informative and explains to me exactly what needs to be done and why so that there are no questions on my end.

I love this place! Don't get me wrong, I don't like taking my car in for repairs, but when I know that the service is going to be way better than a dealership, I'm bringing my car here. Eric is awesome and friendly and the mechanics are always accomodating and helpful!

Very honest and full of information place. I picked up a 745Li & before buying had it inspected at Babbits, Eric made it very easy for me to get it in without prior notice & they inspected everything. Then after i ended up buying the car they ended up applying my inspection fee to an oil change so i got an oil change Free from them, its a service they offer, GREAT!

great service. we were quoted 2200 for a water pump and all the extras that chapman told us we needed. This was the second time they told us to trade in the car and get a new because it was not worth fixing. Babbitt replaced the parts needed and got us on our way within a day. saved us 1500 dollars. Also they took the time to check the entire car over and found a few minor issues that the dealer did not see that were pretty obvious. Thanks to all the guys there, it is a shame that we just found this place now.
