They kept me in the loop on status the whole time the car was being worked on. I also appreciate the way they give you a list of issues and prioritize, so that you can make budget decisions. I will be coming back for sure.

my used 335i had a lot of problems with it, still does haha. There was a laundry list of things to fix when i bought it and the scottsdale shop always does a good job and even washes her when they're done. I trust their judgement when it comes to fixing my car from a gas leak on one of the sending units, to a simple oil change they have always done a professional job. I would recommend them to a friend and will continue to have my baby serviced there as long as i own her and live in az.

Brad is such an asset as he has helped ease the pain that goes with car repairs. I really like how they help their clients prioritize work. As a single mother with two young children, this helps a great deal! Without reservation, I highly recommend this BMW repair company. Their biggest asset is their integrity, coupled with cost-effective prices and an amazing sense of humor and rapport with clients. Now, it's time for me to report all of this to APD..lol...only Brad will understand this last sentence. He's amazing!
