The worst part of owning a BMW is the maintenance cost. Brad at Babbitt’s always explains the costs in detail and makes you not feel bad about the expense you’re about to incur. The work is done well and finished when promised. I appreciate the way they treat my wife when she calls or stops in to ask questions or get an estimate. Our 2012 328i has 126K miles on it with Babbitt’s help I wholly expect to drive it for another 100K.
