Great service and communication. If you are looking for a trustworthy car shop- this is the place for you! They specialize in BMWs and will give you a better price than any BMW dealership around. They made sure I was comfortable and gave a good explanation to any work needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for all car needs in the future

My X4 needed brakes and Brad walked me through costs and stayed within that estimate! He has also given me estimates for my maintenance items that need completion through this year. I was totally impressed by the level of service and communication. Great place to care for your BMW.

Good service Got my car back on the road. Plus if you use your credit card, they don’t charge a fee like I got my truck fixed elsewhere the same week and charge me 3% fee, which is a big turn off Very good customer service as well. Highly recommend.

Quick service, easy drop off and pick up, a little bit hard to find the North Tempe location in that it is tucked back in from Scottsdale Rd by one building, passed right by it first time through
