Took my bmw to 3 other shops and they were not able to diagnose the problem. Called babbit, just talking to them over the phone they were able to get an idea on what the issue was. Took it in and in hours they figured it out. Price was still cheaper than other all other shops when I asked for quotes. Amazing customer service, didn't feel cheated like at most mechanics. And on top of that they even washed my car when I picked it up. I recommend them to anyone.

My family and I have been going to Babbitt for years and they always do fantastic work! My mom uses them for her BMW and I have a Mini Cooper that they have helped me keep in great condition.

I got referred to this place from a trusted mechanic at mesa auto works because I needed a BMW specialist, I dropped my car off after hours as well as picked it up, because my work schedule, so I never had the pleasure of meeting brad in person, but over the phone is was so friendly and informative. He kept me up to date with the process and I never felt worried! He didn’t try to up sell me or do anything that didn’t actually “need” to be done. All in all, good experience, with good results!

Airbag light was on! They checked and module was bad. Replaced it and also flushed and replaced brake fluid. Shop kept me up to date on repair status. A part needed came from Germany so it took some time.

Customer service was amazing. Everything was done in a timely manner and problems were addressed and presented perfectly.

It was just a battery replacement. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I’ve been to the Kyrene location more than here. Both are equally good and take care of your car well. I asked for car wash, thought they might rinse it outside but they vacuumed and washed it good.
