Really great customer service and quality work

As always, Brad and the team at Babbitt took great care of me and my vehicle. Everything done to spec, future issues were noted and the work that was done was for a reasonable (for a BMW) price for quality work. I'm seriously finicky about where I take my automobiles. Babbitt is top of my list for trusting they'll do the job as I want it done or would have do it myself.

Once again and as always, Brad, Riley and everyone else at Babbitt do an impressive and thorough job to my, and their, standard of excellence! I own a 2010 Mini Cooper S and the good folks at Babbitt Motor Werks take excellent care of my lil car. I trust the quality of work and am confident that they will get to the bottom of whatever issue I take it in for. Their team is friendly, fast, efficient, and honest. The shop manager Brad explains all the issues with clarity and doesn't confuse customers. From regular oil services to check engine lights I always take my vehicle to Babbitt's. They specialize in BMW's which are fussy and require maintenance and the older they get the more maintenance they need. As a consumer I am aware of that. I know there are other shops out there but I am a loyal customer over 7 yrs because they do excellent work.

Great shop, I've been going to them for years over the course of owning three different cars. They've always done quality work and been very helpful in answering questions, even regarding service items I intend to handle myself.

GREAT FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!. Jeff, the technician was very thorough and detailed in his diagnostic testing and checked my tires. Jen explained the work needed overall and what I needed to repair immediately. Although they don’t sell tires, since I informed her that I had planned to drive to California on the weekend, she advised me that my tires were worn inside and out and recommended that I not drive to California until my tires were replaced. I took her advice and when I asked my son to tell me the size as I forgot, he took a picture of one of the tires and I saw where it was severely damaged. It looked like a chunk was cut out of it. I remember hitting a pothole months earlier that I knew cause the damage to the tire and rim. Her advice may well have kept me from being stranded in the desert or worst. Makes me feel like family. And, their prices were reasonable in comparison with other shops that were recommended. Thanks
