Great experience. Office was very clear and detailed about the recommended fixes needed. Not pushy about extra services, in fact I wanted to wait on some of the needed fixes for financial reasons and Brad explained which were most needed and why. Work was done sooner than quoted and pickup was easy. Everything was smooth and I was given multiple options for every step-very accommodating.

Unlike other places, they don't try to up sell a service when it's not really needed at the time. I was very pleased from the first phone contact I had with the service manager Brad on the phone. We live in Minnesota 1,300 miles away and keep our 2010 BMW X5 at our winter home in Phonex. There were certain general maintenance items needing attention as well as some previous diagnosised problems from another shop. Brad was very courteous and advised on what they recommended if needed and also reassured me to see what they diagnosised. I was able to set the time to have my car brought in. It was completed in the predetermined time they said it would take. Also Brad called and discussed the findings and helped me decide on priorities. I felt the service, price, and the professionalism was outstanding. I would not hesitate to return and they have earned them to be my preferred gi to shop for my car.

Used to come to Babbitt all the time with my previous BMW. Then I bought a new one and was away for a few years since everything was under warranty. Now that the warranty coverage is over, I’m back! Some of the faces have changed and they’ve grown to more locations over the years but still same great service. Glad to be having them taking care of my car again!

I’m very happy with Babbitt for their masterful service of my former 2009 BMW 328 and my son’s 2007 328. Whatever I have needed fixed or corrected has been handled professionally and completely. When you own a BMW, it’s great to have a shop that can perform at a high level. I have nothing bad to say about this service group. Keep up the great work! Recently, they helped me restore my headlights to factory OEM after I had to endure a botched aftermarket job from another shop that I will not name.
