I love this place! I would not take my BMW anywhere else. The Drive train malfunction light came on in my car, then the car shut itself off. And would not stay on any longer than about 30 seconds! Realized there was gas in my oil and I literally thought I ruined my engine! Doing research about what the issue could be, and reading other peoples horror stories I was terrified to find out how much this would cost me! I had taken my car to Babbitt Motor Werks on one other occasion and remembered it being a pleasant experience. So I took it there. They were a little busy with other repairs, and I was told they could look at it the following week. I wasn’t in a hurry so I was prepared to wait, I dropped it off on a Wednesday. Surprisingly, they called me by that Friday and explained what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix it. I love the complete transparency, not trying to upsell anything else. Just gave me the facts, and asked how I’d like to proceed. The cost was so much less than I was expecting to have to pay. It really is a great place, every interaction I’ve had here is pleasant. And I trust them to do the right thing.
