This was my first time using Babbitt and I am very happy. They did the work that I asked for on time. Brad was very friendly. When I picked up my car it was clean and the sun shade was placed in the window. I appreciated that!

I called Babbitt to get a quote on a A/c vacuum and recharge on my 2013 Cooper JCW ,instead of just giving me a price like most company’s ,I was asked important detailed questions so they could get a better understanding of what my concerns were with my air conditioning, being a die hard enthusiast and experienced DIY guy I was impressed with the information they gathered and further rooted my trust in the company. Once brought in for service we continued conversation with questions and concerns. They gave me all the technical details on my car such as before and after refrigerant levels, and their procedures for possible leaks down the road. I’m highly satisfied and will definitely be back for services I cannot do myself.

Customer service was excellent. Brad at the front desk was was very easy to work with and had a passion for BMW’s. They said 1 hour, and they were done at 58 minutes. Checked the whole car, didn’t tell me I needed a bunch of work done. Very happy with the experience and will be back.
