Brad and Riley went above and beyond on repairs on my E24. Despite limited parts availability, work was completed in a timely manner. These guys are clearly passionate about what they do and it shows in the quality of work!

I’ve been going here for my BMW service for my last two BMWs. They are honest, trustworthy, transparent, and do excellent work. I’ve never had a problem with the work or the customer service.

My M3 is getting up in years, but it's still one of my all time favorite cars and I would like to keep it as long as possible. I've tried many BMW, European and Import repair shops after my warranty expired with the dealers, and I never found it to be a pleasant experience until I gave Babbitt in Tempe, AZ a go. Absolutely one of the best experience at a Automotive repair shop ever. The staff and owner are friendly, knowledgeable and they listen to my concerns and are open to what I was looking to have done. I left there feeling good about the work that was completed on the M3 and not the sick feeling like I got taken. I looked over the work and it was perfect! The M3 was well taken care of like I thought, with no missing items, bolts or items placed back on wrong. Straight up excellent clean mechanic work. High five and thumps up to their mechanics. Five stars all the way!

The Babbitt Motor Werks crew is the best! They have worked on my Mini Cooper many times. They explain the issues thoroughly, and always say what is most urgent and what repairs can wait until a later date. Their prices are much less than the dealership and I appreciate their honesty and solid work ethic.

Last week, my iDrive stated that my car may have possible oil leak. Went to the dealership to get a diagnostic, and sure enough, a part underneath my car needed replacement to stop the oil leak. I was referred to Babbitt Motor Werks through a friend from a local BMW car club and so happy that I found this shop! Called the shop to get a quote and was happily assisted by Kameron, the Service Manager. He was very professional and transparent in pricing, which was substantially lower than what the dealership quoted me. Brought my car into the shop and Kameron was helpful in letting me know what needed to get fixed. They were able to complete the repairs quickly for a much more reasonable price. Highly recommend bringing your BMW to this shop for any and all mechanical needs. Jen and Kameron are honest and extremely knowledgeable that value their relationships with their customers. They cater to not only your car's needs, but also their clients. Definitely bringing my car here for service moving forward! 5 stars across the board! Thank you so much!
