Great service, the only place to bring your BMW!

First time taking my Mini Cooper to someone other than the dealership and I have to say, these guys know their stuff. Brad was wonderful and kept in touch with me on my vehicle status. They washed my car for free just like the dealership. Kudos to you for the great service!! I will definitely be coming back!

They are cheaper than the dealership, but really know what they're doing. Brad was super transparent with me about pricing, was able to walk me through the problem (and the things that weren't problems) and the solution. Will definitely be using them for all my Mini Cooper servicing from now on!

Same day service. Only did what was required and advised on tires.

I called and spoke with Brad. I described everything that I was experiencing as well as everything that I've changed myself. Brad was very professional and very helpful. I brought my BMW in and again spoke upon everything I have done myself. He assured me that his mechanic would get to the bottom of my issue. Brad called me the next day and described everything they have done and what they have found. I was informed and that moment that the price was going up. As a person who has ran mechanic shops in the past I completely understood that. I gave permission to continue and the next day Brad called me back with the results. I elected to do the work myself due to it's my sons first car and I want to teach him how to repair things. Brad and the shop made me fill very comfortable and relaxed the whole way through. It felt like I was talking with a long time friend discussing the car. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Most definitely will be going back there if I come across any more issues that I can not figure out.

Always quick service well performed and reasonable value. Brad is always busy but makes you feel like your the only customer in the place. Always delivers sound service advise and knows BMW’s very well. Excellent service advisor. It’s the only BMW shop I use for the two BMW’s I have had. Recommended.

As a BMW owner for the past four decades plus, I am very particular about who works on my cars, which is why I usually do much of my own work. That was until I found Babbitt! They are professional and exceptionally competent as well as providing a great value for the work performed. They do the job the way I would do it! Brad and Riley are always spot on with diagnosis and repair as well as being a couple of great guys to deal with. I highly recommend Babbitt if you need any work performed on your precious BMW!

Always helpful. Repaired in the time they estimated. Look at another problem that cropped up at no charge. Will always use them over any other BMW repair shop or dealer.

Been to Babbit's a couple times. Talked to Brad about the issues. He is a professional, always willing to listen to me and responds in a BFF kind of way. Will keep going back to Brad when needed.
