This latest visit, I booked online, and asked a specific question. I received a phone call almost immediately with the information that I was looking for. After dropping the car off early, before opening, I was kept fully informed with timely updates on the progress, when the car would be ready, and when the car was ready. Great experience at Babbitt! Just bought my 2023 BMW M440i in March and was looking for a great mechanic to bring it to. Found it! These guys are great at what they do. Brad at the front desk is delightful - but, most importantly, he is knowledgeable, professional and so helpful. He had an answer to every question I had. My car was taken care of beautifully and they definitely go the extra mile here. Highly recommend - so much better than a dealership! This is where I am taking my car from now on
