Always a great experience at Babbitt. The experience starts with the initial contact with Brad at the front desk. Brad is amazing in explaining what may be going on with the car, and what the options are. He is the major reason behind how well things go. They do what they promise and work has always worked without issues. I hesitated keeping my 2014 528xi after warranty expired, but with Babbitt support, I am glad I kept it.

We recently moved to AZ and I was lucky to be referred to these guys. Every interaction has been great. Very vlear communication and my car is always back on time or earlier than expected. I especially appreciate, their guidance helping prioritize the 'must do' vs. 'deal with it later' type of repairs. Fantastic independent shop.
