Babbitt Motor Werks provides great service, honest repair assessments and awesome customer service!!. Prior to moving back to Phoenix, I was told I needed my brakes replaced. I called around and got a few other quotes in Dallas, which were all very expensive. Since I was moving back to Phoenix the first of the year, I decided to get a quote from that area. I decided on Babbitt Motor Werks after reading favorable reviews and getting a better quote. So glad I waited. It turns out, the brakes did not need replacing. However, I was told my Freon was low; something I totally forgot to tell Cameron since I moved in January and the AC blowing hot air the previous summer was the last thing I was thinking about at that time. I was grateful they discovered the issue. Cameron not only saved me money on an unnecessary brake service but due to them totally checking out the vehicle, fixed the AC before the AZ summer heat. Almost one year later, my brakes finally needed to be replaced. I called Babbit Motor Werks and was able to get an appointment the next day (one day before Thanksgiving). So far the brakes are working just fine. What other automotive shop would risk foregoing making a quick buck for business they may never get back in the future? I dont' know any others. That's what you get with Babbitt. I did use them throughout the year for oil changes and quick inspections for things I noticed that didn't feel right. They also kept an eye out on the brakes and told me when it was time for them to be replaced. I highly recommend these guys to anyone interested in an honest assessment of repairs and saving money from other mechanics. It amazes me how many people in the service industry that just don't get it. Not these guys. Keep up the great work!!!!

So the move of the Mesa Store is a bit farther for me, but I would go to no other service center valley wide. The team at Babbitt Motor Werks never ceases to amaze me. Temps started to reach in the low 100's last week and my fan motor stopped working and my AC stopped working while idle. First thing I do is call Babbitt when anything happens to my car. I called Cameron and he said he would try and get me in just as soon as possible, so I drove over and was able to get into a bay right away. Jeff, one of the head techs who has worked on my car almost exclusively over the years and I am sure knows it pretty well by now, was able to take a quick look and find the problem immediately. They had my car DONE the same day, but due to my schedule I had to get a rental car for a day and pick it up the next morning. These guys are awesome an I would HIGHLY recommend them if you own or are buying any BMW. I will take my nowhere else.
