I found Babbitt Motor Werks when I first purchased my used 2011 BMW 328i in 2016. From my first interaction with Cameron, I have been in total awe with his professionalism and knowledge. I would not ever think of taking my car to any other BMW mechanic. These guys know their stuff. They are upfront and honest. When I call, Cameron usually gets me in within a day to service my car. I do not know the names of the mechanics that work on my car, but they are AMAZING!!! Babbitt even washes my car inside and out prior to returning it to me. The prices and services are great! I would recommend Babbitt Motor Werks to anyone who owns a BMW. I live in north Peoria and will only use Babbitt to service my car!!! Thanks for everything Babbitt family!

You really shouldn't go anywhere else in The Valley with your BMW besides Babbitt. They know their BMWs, give you the straight dope, and don't try to "recommend" busy work to increase their profits. One particularly nice example: I was thinking about getting another used BMW, and they said to make sure to let them do a little research first because there was a range of years for that particular model that often required an expensive/major engine repair in the second 50K miles. Instead of lining up some potentially lucrative future business, they helped me avoid a possible huge expense!

I've been taking my E46 M3 to Babbit for several years now whenever it's in need of heavier maintenance or repairs, which have been few. These guys are great to work with, rates are reasonable, and I always get the car back feeling like it's new again.

The N. Tempe shop did a prepurchase inspection on a car I have not seen yet. Arrangements were made by phone involving me, the dealer, and Babitt. I was contacted by phone and email in a very timely fashion with the results of the inspection. One major issue was uncovered which the dealer paid for. I was very happy with the services rendered by Babbitt.
