The entire team at Babbitt is incredible. They are upfront, honest, and will only do what is necessary, rather than unnecessary and a way to inflate revenue, when working on your vehicle. Having just done a huge engine job, we originally discussed how long I could wait, the repercussions if I did, and what it would cost, along with any other small mechanical issues which could be handled at the same time, instead of later, costing 3-4 times more. I am so thankful that I found them after I moved here two years ago and needed work done on my vehicle. Knowing what I know now, I would ALWAYS take my BMW here first, before a dealer. If you're skeptical, take it to a dealer first, get your estimate and timeline, then take it here and see how much faster and cost effective this team can be without sacrificing quality. The dealer is $150 an hour and with Babbitt I can get a Master Tech for around $110 an hour. I love supporting local-small businesses. As an added bonus they washed my car.
