My son is from out of state and going to school in Tempe. His car's battery was bad so we had it towed to Babbitt in Scottsdale. I dealt with Cameron over the phone on several occasions, he was great and very accommodating. I had some trouble with our roadside service through our Insurance company and Cameron help out with a recommendation for a different tow service. My experience was great it's nice to have the confidence in a repair shop state away. We will do all of our service with Babbitt BMW/Cooper during my son's duration in Tempe.

Didn't fix car never followed up! Makin a visits to the BBB. Bad business

Fred. When you initially brought your car, a 1998 540, someone had put one small fan on it that was aftermarket and incorrect. You paid us to fix the wiring. We advised you that you would need a different fan. You purchased the same aftermarket fan and then installed it yourself. It did not work. Nathan advised you to come in and we would check the wiring and he had a used factory fan that you could purchase and have us put on. You did not show up. We are sorry if there was any miscommunication.

Took my wife's 2008 550i in today for intermittent check engine light and what I thought was suspension issue. I wasn't very thorough in explaining symptoms as I'm not a mechanic but Nathan was patience with me. Kameron called me and explained the issue with check engine and provided recommendations for other items they found but did not push repairs on me. I like the fact that part numbers and labor hours are clearly listed on invoice and estimate. I only have budgeted for certain repair costs so I didn't do all the recommended items. I was very surprised that they wash my car and cleaned the interior. I will return to complete other recommended items. First class service at reasonable prices. Thanks Kameron and Nathan, you've gained another customer.
