Last week, my iDrive stated that my car may have a possible oil leak. Went to the dealership to get a diagnostic, and sure enough, a part underneath my car needed replacement to stop the oil leak. I was referred to Babbitt Motor Werks through a friend from a local BMW car club and so happy that I found this shop! Called the shop to get a quote and was happily assisted by Kameron, the Service Manager. He was very professional and transparent in pricing, which was substantially lower than what the dealership quoted me. Brought my car into the shop and Kameron was helpful in letting me know what needed to get fixed. They were able to complete the repairs quickly for a much more reasonable price. Highly recommend bringing your BMW to this shop for any and all mechanical needs. Jen and Kameron are honest and extremely knowledgeable that value their relationships with their customers. They cater to not only your car's needs, but also their clients. Definitely bringing my car here for service moving forward! 5 stars across the board! Thank you so much!

I came here to change my rear brakes on my 2017 440i and I was extremely impressed by how quick it was. Kameron was extremely nice and was generous enough to give me a discount. It was quick and everything works well! I totally recommend these guys.

Helpful and friendly, they were able to get us in for a last-minute diagnostic checkup for our hybrid Mini Countryman before a move out of state. They didn’t nickel and dime us and were very honest, as they told us bluntly that we didn’t need anything done, when the previous place we went to said that we needed all sorts of repairs. They were upfront that we were fine to complete our move (which they proved to be totally right about) and they didn’t try to upsell or swindle us; because of that I’d definitely recommended them to anyone who needs work done on their Beemer or Mini.

My daughter's BMW had a transmission malfunction message and was obviously not working correctly. I left the car at Babbit's on Saturday afternoon. Monday morning they were on it. They charge a diagnostic fee which at the last BMW place I had gone to (in Tucson, about a different issue sometime ago) was a waste of money. Babbit's really did some work for their fee and ruled out some possible issues. In the end they referred me to a compident transmission shop. Finding a honest transmission shop alone was probably worth their fee. Jenny, who answered the phone at Babbit's was both cheerful and knowledgeable. How refreshing.
