Any true Mini owner knows that the Mini comes first. I named my 2002 Mini Cooper S Alice. My son's Mini is Whinny. His best friend's Mini Cooper S is Anderson. Get it? Yeah. I found Babbitt Moror Werks when my regular shop lost their Certified Mini Master Mechanic. Babbitt has a Mini Master at each of their locations. I took Alice in one morning and picked her up at noon the next afternoon. Upon arrival, it sounded like Alice's guts were falling out. A day later, after replacing the Harmonic Balancer, the drive belt and the belt tensioner, Alice hummed down the street. The repair cost was reasonable, and I look forward to scheduling Alice for several more issues after 22 years of driving.

What a great experience for rear brakes on my car. Prices were better than competitive and no surprises with unwarranted repairs. Car was back when promised and updates on progress were given throughout. Car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up-what a great touch. If you are looking to have work done on you BMW, I cannot recommend Babbitt enough!!!!
