Yet again great service and honest pricing! Brad is a great replacement for Dane. Very friendly and great at providing details on what the issues are. The dealership again quoted all for brakes for my 2002 325ci were needed when Babbitt Motor Werks actually took the time to inspect all 4 and told me only the fronts were needed. Dropped it off at 830 am and they were done by 1pm. Also they drove me to work. What another great service they offer. Thanks guys Tara D

When it comes to cars, especially foreign cars, it's nearly impossible to find someone you can trust. I've been to two of the three locations in town and every time I'm treated with respect and honesty. Owning a BMW is an expensive choice once your warranty runs out, so having a shop like this is comforting. I won't EVER take my car back to the local dealership for that reason. Great job fellas, keep up the good work!!

I took my 2008 335i to Babbitt Motor Werks in Tempe for rear brake pads, rotors and a brake fluid flush. Babbitt was much cheaper than what the dealer had quoted me for the work. Brad at the front desk was very helpful and the final price was what he had quoted me over the phone the week prior. Work was done while I waited in the lobby, free Wi-Fi let me work while my car was being repaired. This was my first time there but I will definitely go back.

Have been going to this shop for a couple of years now. They always explain things to me carefully. If something doesn't need to be done right now, they tell me about it. I always get the feeling they know what they're doing and are honest with me. When I go in and the problem turns out to be minor, like this morning, they routinely give me back my keys with no charge! As long as I am the owner of a BMW I will be going to this shop.

These guys always take care of my 2002 E46 with 190k. Brad is friendly and let's you know details of any problems they find vs the dealership just throw numbers at you. I have been going here for 4 years and recommend them to all BMW owners. This last time I went there for brakes and they told me all the wear on both front and back and did not try to sell me on 4 brakes when only 2 were needed. MilesI did notice this last time that my antifreeze or washer fluid was not topped up, but I specifically didn't ask for it so maybe that is the reason. Great job guysPaul BTara D

Very simply, these guys are fantastic, if you need your BMW serviced. I had a very specific, very awkward problem. (The MOST connection had been pulled out, deactivating my stereo and SOS system.)They had me in as a drop-in, and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Billed me $45 for the half hour. Done and done.Insanely friendly, helpful, explained everything, and couldn't ask for more. Having gotten screwed by Chapman BMW so much recently, I'm making these guys my go-tos for maintenance and service.You just instantly feel you can trust them, and that what they say is what's the case.

I had recently purchased a 2000 BMW 528i. After buying the car I noticed a gas smell. I immediately brought the car into a BMW dealer for analysis. Not only did I have a gas leak, but the analysis came back with over $4000 in repairs. I was in shock. I had heard from several folks about Babbitt Motor Werks in Tempe. One of the friends had told me he drove all the way from the West side in Phoenix because no other BMW shop was expert on BMW's like Babbitt Motor Werks. Another friend told me they did stellar work and were realistic in their pricing.I took the car into Babbitt, I spoke with Nathan the owner and Dane. The service was far beyond what I had expected. The work was indeed stellar as I was told. These guys know their business. I had such a sense of relief after speaking with them. They assured me that the things I needed done on my car were normal repairs based on the mileage. After getting the car back you could tell right away that there were major improvements done. Dane had detailed out all of the work that was completed and went over it with us line by line. To say we were really happy with the work is an understatement.Excellent work, fair/reasonable pricing and good quality customer service...that's all you can ask for from any company you do business with. Five stars for Babbitt Motor Werks!
