I had a wonderful experience with Babbitt Motor Werks. I came in needing quite an extensive amount of work done to my BMW. BMW direct wanted to charge me over $5000 which ended up not being necessary. I’ve definitely found my new mechanic, many thanks! You’ll find nothing but honesty here.

My e90 328i was towed twice to this location in a 10-day period. First time it was the alternator, second time it was the water pump. They use OEM parts, and Kevin and Jennifer are knowledgeable about BMWs. No upselling or incorrect diagnosis. So far, so good. This place came highly recommended by my friends, and they do a wonderful job. Although the price is a little higher than average compared to other options, the workmanship is excellent. This is the place to go if you're seeking for a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic that specializes in BMW.

This business and it's staff are legit!! They are prompt, thorough,precise and extremely knowledgeable and proficient when it comes to BMW practices, procedures and specifications. I you own a BMW do both you and your beloved auto a huge service and give these folks a chance at your business. Unfortunately I purchased a used BMW from a complete crook of a dealership that experienced some "minor" issues with the battery/ charging system. After they sent my X3 to many shady cheap inexperienced shops to bandaid the issues for the dealer, after none of them could properly repair my car somehow the dealer decided to finally go through Babbitt and the issues were fixed but Babbitt recommended other repairs and or parts replacements to which the dealer ignored assuming due to cost and padt the car to me without mentioning anything. Obviously these recommend repairs surfaced rather quickly and with a little homework found out that Babbitt performed the repairs I was told were done. Because of Babbitt's thorough attention to detail and note taking and record keeping they were able to quickly show me me what was repaired what was recommended and what was declined they then gave me a quote for repair needed and let me know because other measures weren't taken the first time that I could potentially have other issues down the road. As my luck goes thoes issues showed their heads eventually and lead to catastrophic failure and Jen was more than fair when pricing out those repairs. Camroun recommended while we were already paying the labor to govthat deep in the drive train, we should hand a couple commonly weak parts in the design and gave me a fair price to eliminate those as future dilemmas. They continue to this day show that they care about my vehicle and appreciate both my mother and myself and show us treatment of valued customers and part of their family if there was more stars I'd give Babbitt Motor Werks all available. This is how all business especially small businesses should be run and because that they've got a customer for life.

Brad and his team are as good as it gets as Independent BMW repair shops go. Unless you have a repair that is 100% covered by your factory warranty, you should be bringing your car to this team for everything.

Very happy with the work completed on my X5. Jenn is very direct and states the facts with the options to consider for future maintenance.
