I had bought an e36 325i and to my surprise it wouldn’t start. I took it to other shops and no one could figure it out. When I took it to Babbitt they fixed it within a week. They are responsive, quick, and efficient. I recommend Babbitt to anyone with a BMW. They earned a life long customer.

I am newer to the area and did a lot of research on good BMW mechanics. I found Babbitt using google and decided to take my X5 to them after reading multiple good reviews. Let me tell you I am so happy that I did! These guys know their stuff! Not only did they fix it right the first time, but they coordinated the drop off/pick up of the vehicle to get new tires from discount down the street which really saved me from missing work, I am so appreciative of that, they also kept me informed via email the entire time my vehicle was in their possession! Jen, Jake, and Cameron were all absolutely fantastic to work with! I can tell the whole team is great! I feel so much more confident owning an older BMW now! Thanks team Babbitt!!!

I only write positive reviews if a place goes above and beyond, and the whole service team at Babbitt always goes above and beyond. They never up sell or try to get extra work done on your car when you don’t need it, they never take advantage and always clear on pricing and explaining what needs to be done and why it is. For someone like me who does know a whole lot about cars they always make sure I gain the knowledge to prevent any further maintenance issues on my car. You guys rock!
