Jennifer the owner could not have been more accommodating and reassuring when she squeezed me in when I called because my oil light came on right before I was starting to road trip home to CA. I felt like Jennifer had my back and I had only just met her by finding her on a whim on Google. The office was chill and clean. The background music was soothing. It was an entirely different experience from going to other mechanics and the dealer! They also washed my car and alerted me with a printout about 2 recalls I was eligible for.
