Although this turned out to be a costly repair the assistance your people gave me was excellent. I called in when my engine overheating messages came on. The instruction to turn it off and let it cool down and their immediate explanation on what most likely was occurring most likely saved me from an even more expensive repair. They allowed me to bring the car in the next day and the initial diagnosis was correct and the repair was done the that day and we were able to get back on the road.

These guys work quickly and efficiently, great customer service, if you live in Arizona and you don’t use these guys for you BMW or Mini you’re doing it wrong.

I’m a first time owner of a BMW X5 diesel. They educated me and did a full inspection for the low cost of an oil change. It really was cheap consider dealer cost and how often the change needs to happen. Riley was my BMW Doctor. He showed me what the concerns were and broke down what was going on so I could understand the level of severity. I will be going back and will go nowhere else. This shop is outstanding. I know gas engines well but at a loss for diesel. No bs no price hiking. They breakdown costs and how essential the attention is. Use them! They are not bull shiters.

Babbitt Motor Werks once again comes through in a pinch! I love working with Jen and Cameron. Always so responsive and friendly. I had a problem with my center console and they worked to find me a used one to try to keep the cost down. They installed (at no cost to me) 2 or three before we finally realized that we needed a new one. They kept in close contact with me re: part delivery and installed it in a very short time period! I have used Babbitt for years and would highly recommend them. Honest, reasonably priced and just the nicest people!
