Jennifer is the best, she runs a clean top notch shop. Her mechanics did a thorough diagnostic on the car and let us know what exactly needed to be done without trying to upsell us on services that were not needed. She keeps you updated as to how the repairs are progressing and delivered when promised. I'll definitely use Babbitt Motor Werks again and refer this shop to those in need of BMW repairs. My Z4 was overheating but not all the time. It would be fine and then suddenly go nuclear. A family friend said he'd been coming here for his BMW service for years. I brought my car in one afternoon and it was ready the next day. The problem was corrected and I have driven it hard for 2 weeks. Everything's great and I couldn't be more pleased. This place is fantastic! We had some work done in Jan, and ran into an unrelated problem with the car, which is now in Chicago.
