I had more work done on my 92 bmw 5 series, with new clutch installation and leaky power steering hoses repair . Had a semi-major engine issue arise with my 2006 BMW 330i which had me incredibly worried. They had me in and out of the shop the same day and repaired my car at a very reasonable rate. Couldn't have had a better experience. 10/10 would recommend for your Beemer.

Went in for an oil change and left with a broken Footwell Module that was working perfectly fine and bought 3 months ago. There was no type of reasonable arrangement made to help fix the module.

Hi Miguel. We are always disappointed when the footwell modules act up while we read faults or program a car. Unfortunately, it is a known issue with BMW, hence it is a big disclaimer on our website, posted to our offices, even our drop boxes have a notice. It is such a known problem that BMW North America extended their warranty on this part Service Bulletin SIB 01 06 2016. Like I told you when we spoke, I would go back to the shop that had replaced it 3 months prior and it should be under warranty for 2 years. If you want to address any of your car repairs with us we warranty all parts and labor at our shops for 2 years. Again, we always love to assist and help people who have had repairs at other shops, but I can not warranty a part that we did not replace. Jen Babbitt - Owner
