Babbitt is outstanding! Taking you vehicle to a shop can be nerve wracking because you’re worried about being ripped off or the repair not being done right. One trip to Babbitt and that worry will go away. When I first brought my MINI to Babbitt I requested all the fluids be replaced and an alignment be done. After looking the car over they brought me back and showed me a couple things I had requested be done that didn’t need to be done. Saved me a couple hundred dollars. How honest is that?! I won’t take my MINI anywhere else, period.

I've actually been using Babbitt for about 3 years at 3 different locations. I'm not exactly sure what they do to encourage a great customer experience but in all 3 locations the guy who assisted me was wonderful! Very friendly and knowledgeable, in the recent visit Kameron returned my call when I first called to get a quote as promised and he arranged a way for me to pick it up when they were closed. Not only did he leave me a voicemail when it was ready, along with the pick up details, but he texted me too, just to make sure I received the critical information because they had changed. That was exceptional customer service, most would have left it at the voicemail. They're prices have always been more competitive than the BMW dealer, even though they are a certified BMW service center... then add on their great customer service, I don't know why anyone with a BMW would go anywhere else?! I highly recommend them!

In the 6 years I have used Babbit Motor Werks , they have consistently taken excellent care of my car which since I am quite obsessed with it, is not an easy thing to do.

Great customer service and professional BMW techs. I'd definitely recommend this shop for Bimmer newbies like me. Getting a quote for my upcoming services was a breeze and definitely satisfied with the service. Once you drop by, you will be talking to a friend and not just someone who wants your money. Things can get pricey, but hey, just look at the service after! If you got a BMW/MINI, this is the place to be!

These guys are the best in business with their knowledge, customer service and skills in repairing BMWs. Cameron and the crew at the North Tempe location are fantastic! They take care of the problems, fix them right and are great. Repairing/servicing a BMW is never cheap, but these guys offer very economical prices compared to a dealership.

Half the price of a dealer with top notch mechanics... They did an excellent and honest job on my 645CI. Thanks!
