Great place! If they’re is a mechanic shop that could make make me want to stick with one luxury brand for future cars, this is it. They are trustworthy and willing to take time to answer questions. Unlike some dealership experiences I have had, they don’t try to intimidate you or make you feel cheap when the BMW repair bill sticker shock takes hold. They saved us a lot of money in the past by trying some simple things first instead of automatically changing out multiple parts that didn’t need doing (which easily could have been done). I would recommend to anyone with a BMW who wants dealership-level expertise plus a more friendly (and cost-saving) experience.

Excellent customer service! This was my first time using Babbitt and I would highly recommend them in the future.

Upon my arrival the Car was taken in for the planned oil change. I was notified immediately when it was determined that I needed a gasket replaced. The need was explained in detail and the cost was explained upfront. All work was done promptly and the car was returned washed.
