I took my 2000 BMW 323i Here on Thursday may 24th and they had a back to me Friday morning today at 10:00 a.m. I was really surprised at how fast they fixed my car, He said they only work on BMW's there and have OEM parts readily available which is a huge plus, Brad, the man I dealt with was perfect. He didn't pressure me, got my BMW running, and let me know of some other things he could've fixed while they had the car opened up, which would've saved me lots on labor fees. All $ all, I couldn't have asked for any more from Babbit, and even tho I don't give out 5 stars often, Brad and the guys at Babbitt earned it! Thx guys!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would...absolutely outstanding service! Took my 2012 MINI in for a second opinion without giving them the information I had received from the dealer because I wanted their objective opinion. Long story short, I had complete confidence in them and the detailed explanation I got...Brad was awesome! He took the time to review what they found and also advised what repairs were not urgent but would probably need attention down the road. The bonus was the cost savings but the real value was the feeling of trust I had and confidence that I was getting honest feedback. Count me in the "customer for life" club!
