I've used Babbitt when they had a location in Mesa and gave them a 5 star review when I used that location. I was so pleasantly surprised when I went to the Tempe location, the Office Manager Brad gave me an even better customer experience. We had a little debacle with my insurance company, totally on my insurance company, but Brad was so patient and helpful. He made multiple calls and did a great job of keeping me informed, knowing I wanted to get my front headlight fixed before leaving town over the weekend. He truly went above and beyond, as I was in meetings for 3 days, so he left messages and texted as I had asked... and all along with a great attitude - his customer service was amazing, something very hard to find these days in the service industry. The end result was a fairly fast turn around on the replacement that looked great. I think Babbitt either has exceptional customer service training, or just hires amazing people with great customer service skills, either way I highly recommend them!

Diagnosis was accomplished within 30 mins of X5 being dropped off. Service was completed on time as promised and the cost for services was extremely better than the dealer. Brad was very prompt in his communications, and very clear on setting customer expectations. I also own a 328i which I will use Babbitt for in the future.

Alwaygreat service. Take our car in at the appointment time and completed at or earlier then told. Always gives us an accurate quote before work is started. I appreciate that the are up front telling me what needs to be done today and gives me an option to delay some items that can wait. Great customer service at less then dealer pricing.

I cannot say enough good things about Babbitt Motor Werks. I have been taking my 2003 530i here since 2010 when the BMW warranty ran out. I have saved tons of money over the years compared to the dealership! Brad in the front office is exceptional to work with as he not only knows a lot about BMWs but also he is always friendly and delivers great customer service! I would refer anyone that has a BMW to these guys!

Took my X5 in without an appointment and I was in and out in 30 minutes. How cool is that!
